Same Day Appointments
We are able to offer same day appointments to patients, who feel they cannot wait until the next routine appointment. To ensure that we work efficiently, the doctors have asked the receptionists to ask questions that will help the doctor to provide appropriate clinical care.
Telephone Consulations
Following monitoring of demand, we are offering telephone consultations. These are following the same patterns as the appointment system i.e. routine telephone consultations can be booked four weeks in advance with a doctor of your choice and we have available same day telephone consultations for queries that cannot wait for the next routine telephone appointments. These appointments are with the duty doctor of that day.
