We are pleased to announce that you can now access health services from Whitchurch Medical Centre on the new NHS Wales App. The NHS Wales App will currently allow patients to book routine appointments and order prescriptions.
To access the App you must:
- have a fully verified NHS login, or a valid photo ID to prove who you are
- be aged 16 or over
You can download the NHS Wales App from the Google Play Store or from the Apple App Store. Should you wish to use the Web version, visit app.nhs.wales/login
